常规说明 The binding buffer contains optimal concentration of calcium which is required for Annexin v/ANXA5 binding to phosphotidylserine (PS) on the cell surface. This 10X reagent should be diluted to 1X with distilled water (ddH2O)before using in the assay.This buffer can be used in conjunction with our Annexin V/ANXA5 reagents. This protein is an anticoagulant protein that acts as an indirect inhibitor of the thromboplastin-specific complex, which is involved in the blood coagulation cascade.
